her many years of experience
in business and counseling, Norma
Watt is dynamically aware of
the vital importance of an effective and fully motivated
workforce.
Norma has been in business executive management for 25 years and
was a BC Provincial Sales Coordinator with a Canada - wide
company for 10 years, while successfully developing and managing
her own two businesses for 23 years. She has a degree in
Business Management/Marketing Specialty, her Provincial
Instructor Diploma, a second degree in Commercial Graphic
Design, and is a Distinguished Toastmaster.
Norma
has taught and counseled throughout the Lower Mainland and on
Vancouver Island, and she has been a consultant for large and
small companies, government departments, school boards, and top
executives.
Since coming to
the Fraser Valley, Norma has also taught at the University
College of the Fraser Valley, The Business Development Bank and
Sprott - Shaw College. She currently teaches all areas of
business, and career and life improvement programs for various
adult continuing education programs in Langley, White Rock,
Abbotsford and Chilliwack.
